Black Friday toys & kids deals 2026

Friday 27 November 2026 to Sunday 29 November 2026

Black Friday is the biggest discount weekend of the Australian year, led by electronics, appliances and fashion. It is also when inflated 'was' prices are most common, so a checked price matters more than on any other day.

Buying toys & kids at Black Friday

  • Check the usual price, not the 'was' price. Many Black Friday discounts are measured against a price the product rarely sold at.
  • Set an alert now for the exact product you want, so you see the price the moment it drops.
  • Big-ticket items such as TVs and laptops often reach their lowest price on Black Friday itself, while fashion and homewares keep falling into Cyber Monday.
  • Check the delivery estimate before paying; late November orders can miss Christmas.
  • Check the age recommendation and small-parts warnings for young children.
  • Baby gear should meet the relevant Australian safety standard, so check the label before buying.
  • Check the size for kids' clothing, as sizes vary by brand and kids grow fast.
  • Check whether a toy needs batteries or extra parts, and whether they're included.
