One address for questions, corrections and requests. Include the relevant page link so we can investigate.
Fair Go Finds is run from Melbourne, Australia. There is no phone line and no office you can visit.
Something wrong with a deal
The fastest fix is the Report button on the deal page: expired, sold out, wrong price or spam. Reports from several people take a deal down without anyone needing to email. If a deal needs a human to look, write to deals@fairgofinds.au with the deal’s link.
If you are the retailer
Deals that come from your product listings are read from your own site at the rate your robots.txt allows. To correct a price, have an item removed, or stop the site reading your listings altogether, email deals@fairgofinds.au from an address at your domain. Include the affected URLs and what you would like changed; you do not need to send a legal letter.
If you would like your listings included, or you run an affiliate program, the same address works.
Your account or your data
To delete your account, or to ask what the site holds about you, email from the address on the account and say what you want. The privacy policy lists what is kept.
Security
Found a vulnerability? Please report it to deals@fairgofinds.au before telling anyone else. Details are in security.txt.
Press and partnerships
