- Returns: 30 days from the order date, unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags, for refund, exchange or store credit. You pay return postage and the original shipping fee is not refunded. Sale or marked-down items, gift cards, personalised products, perfume, underwear and swimwear, and items bought from a stockist cannot be returned. Faulty items are refunded, exchanged or replaced with return postage covered. Free standard shipping in Australia over $150, otherwise $10 standard or $20 express (checked 18 Oct 2026 from Kip&Co's shipping and returns page; no date shown; confirm before relying on it).
