- Returns: 30 days from delivery, started and posted within that window, in as-new condition with packaging and tags. You pay the return shipping fee, which is deducted from the refund, and original shipping is not refunded. Final-sale and non-returnable items cannot be returned unless faulty, and returning part of a bundle removes the bundle discount on what you keep. Free standard shipping in Australia over $120; dispatch is usually 1 to 3 business days, longer in sales (checked 18 Oct 2026 from The Oodie's delivery and returns page; no date shown; confirm before relying on it).
