Cushions are often sold as the cover only; check whether the insert is included, and the size (45cm and 50cm are both common).
Rugs are the most-returned decor item: check the pile height, the backing (rubber or not) and the exact dimensions against your floor space.
Framed wall art may ship rolled or unframed at the sale price; read the inclusions.
Large mirrors and glass pieces attract fragile-item delivery fees and may be pick-up only.

Policies change. Each note says when we read it; check the store’s own page before relying on it.
