Rough arrival window if ordered today: 4 Nov–13 Nov.

Estimate based on a rough medium-parcel, metro-area planning range. Includes dispatch allowance. Not a live postage quote or delivery promise. Before you buy

Buying models, puzzles & collectibles

Check the piece count and the finished size on puzzles, and the scale on models (1:24, 1:72) against what you collect.
Trading card products have a secondary market; a 'sale' above the recommended price is not a sale.
Board games have player counts and play times on the box; a four-player game is no good for two.

Policies change. Each note says when we read it; check the store’s own page before relying on it.
