HD 599 Open Back Over Ear Wired Audiophile Headphones
Delivery: the deal doesn't say what it costs.
Our guess for a small parcel, going by the item's name, not a quote. The store’s checkout has the real cost.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
Planning window ends before Christmas
Rough arrival window if ordered today: 29 Oct–9 Nov.
Estimate based on a rough small-parcel, metro-area planning range. Includes dispatch allowance. Not a live postage quote or delivery promise. Stock, destination postcode, retailer order processing and carrier cut-offs may change the result. Check the retailer's estimated delivery date at checkout, particularly before 25 December.

About Sennheiser
Sennheiser is a German audio brand known for headphones, microphones and professional audio.
- Returns: no refund or exchange for change of mind. Faulty items are replaced or refunded to the original payment method, with Sennheiser covering return postage, after you contact Customer Care with the order number and photos. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days (checked 18 Oct 2026 from the Sennheiser Australia online store returns policy; no date shown; confirm before relying on it).
Buying headphones and earbuds
- Check whether the deal is for the current model or the previous one; older models drop sharply when a new one launches.
- Noise cancelling and battery life vary a lot between models with similar names.
- Sealed earbuds are often non-returnable once opened.
Policies change. Each note says when we read it; check the store’s own page before relying on it.
